Community Manager

Job Description Understand and play off of the dynamics of the industry, hot topics, etc to guide and enhance the userbase. Oversee the creation of visual content for social media channels on daily basis with the design team. Create dynamic written content. Manage social media accounts, social listening and engage in social discussion. Analyze social media platforms to understand our audience. Answer any of customers questions and guide them as much as possible. Social Media Reporting planning with the ability to identify and track relevant Community KPIS. Develop social media initiatives to support marketing program and communication. Coordinate with other Marketing, PR and Promotions teams to carry out IMC strategy.

Job Requirements Native or Fluent English. A deep understanding of consumers and what motivates them online. Ability to take complex information and turn it into easy-to-understand content. Proven work experience in community management, digital advertising or marketing agency. Strong interest in Blockchain or Cryptocurrencies. Detail-oriented and organized. Self-motivated, adaptable, quick, responsive.

Preferred, but not required Mandarin speaker. Experience in Blockchain or Cryptocurrency Marketing. A user of the Gate.io for many years.
